California photographer Christine Loberg spends much of her time capturing images of Yosemite National Park, Sierra National Forest, and the surrounding foothills.  Christine is a landscape photographer, most at home hiking the trails of the Central Sierra Nevada Mountains .  

Her love for the wilderness is strong, and her work seeks to share her passion for the beauty of the natural landscape with others. Christine works as a park ranger and photography instructor, conducting photo walks and slide presentations in Yosemite . She uses both 35mm and medium format cameras in her work, and prints using traditional Ilfachrome printing techniques. 

Those that know her well describe her as friendly and energetic, with a relaxed teaching style and a gentle sense of humor. She is a long-standing member of the Yosemite Western Artists arts organization, and has exhibited at a number of West Coast galleries, including the Ansel Adams Gallery in Yosemite .  She has won awards in local and County Art Competitions, and her work is regularly published in the Yosemite Sierra Visitor’s guide.
